Elvis Recorded Live on Stage in Memphis is a live album by American singer and musician Elvis Presley, released by RCA Records in July 1974. It was recorded on March 20 of the same year at the Mid-South Coliseum in Memphis, Tennessee, Presley's hometown. The cover features of a photograph of Presley's home, Graceland. Presley earned his third Grammy Award for this album's performance of "How Great Thou Art". The album was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America on July 15, 1999.
Randy Pie were a moderately successful AOR-rock band of the mid-seventies. Their origins lay in the sixties beat group The Rattles, of which Herbert Hildebrandt (guitar), Klaus-Georg Meyer, Bernd Schulz (organ) and Dicky Tarrach (drums) had all been members. In 1972, these musicians assembled under the name Randy, Pie & Family and recorded two singles for Atlantic. Kitsch" (1975) was another album in this direction as was "England, England" (1976), a double live set. Surprisingly enough (considering its title) it was compiled from German concerts.

Despite constant touring, the band never hit the big time. By 1973, Olly Alcock was the only remaining England member. In 1974, he recruited bassist, Ben Eggleston, drummer John Clark, and saxophonist, Paul Rossiter
